Stock value is closing quantity multiplied by purchase cost. All prices use the selected currency for display; no exchange-rate conversion is performed. Each item's stock is calculated in its own unit and should not be added together as a physical quantity.

How to use this free tool
Use the inventory manager as a simple stock register for any unit, including pieces, kilograms, litres, boxes or custom units. Balances are calculated from opening stock, received stock and issued stock.
- Add an item with its category, unit, opening quantity and prices.
- Record received or issued stock using the movement form.
- Review the live balance, inventory value and stock alerts.
- Export Excel or CSV reports before leaving the page.
- Use Print / Save PDF to create a printable report.
